Stretching

Stretching is something that we all need to do, but we find ourselves making time to perform this important aspect to our health. Poor flexibility can lead to impairments posture, mechanics resulting in muscle and tendon strains, chronic pain and mechanical malfunctions along with many other pathologies.

During our stretching programs, we offer and implement many different types of stretching techniques to facilitate the proper correction that is needed. These may include a combination of active, static, dynamic and neurofacilitation techniques (PNF). The techniques implemented will depend on the desired outcome and current pathologies. By combining techniques that treat the muscular and the neurological components helps to improve both the flexibility and mobility of the musculoskeletal system much quicker than typical static stretching alone.
